Questions
Short answers
How long is a session?
On the mat, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. On the table, 60, 75 or 90. You can add 15 or 30 minutes when you book or on the day.
What do I wear?
On the mat, loose, comfortable clothes you can bend in. On the table, undress to your comfort; you are covered by a sheet the whole time.
Am I covered the whole time?
On the table, yes: only the part being worked on is uncovered. On the mat you stay clothed.
Can I say no to a stretch?
Yes. We show each stretch first and wait for your nod. Say no, or ask us to go lighter, at any point.
How do I set the pressure?
We ask before we start and check again partway. Say lighter or firmer whenever you like.
Can I stop?
At any time and for any reason. You can pause, change position or end the session, and we stop right away.
What happens at a first visit?
A short intake on the booking page, a word with your therapist about pressure and areas to leave alone, and then the session.
Who will I see?
Anong, Ava or Anuwat. Pick one when you book, or tell us if you would like a woman or a man.
Which languages do you speak?
Thai and English. All three of us speak both.
What if I am pregnant or have an injury?
Ask your doctor or midwife before you book, and tell your therapist when you arrive.
Should I tip?
Tipping is welcome and never expected. Add it when you pay, or hand it to your therapist.
How does pricing work?
Price follows the length and whether you choose the mat or the table. The booking page shows it before you confirm.
