First visit
What to expect
A first visit starts with a short talk, and you choose how much to do.
You fill in a short intake on our booking page before you come. Your therapist reads it, asks about pressure and anything to leave alone, and starts when you are ready. Health questions belong on the booking page, not in the contact form.

Your first visit, in order
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a length, the mat or the table, and who you would like to see. A short intake on the booking page comes before the session.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Nothing but yourself. On the mat, loose clothes you can bend in; on the table, whatever is easy to take off.
Water if you like
A change of clothes for the mat
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Come ten minutes early, shoes off at the door. We show you to your room and leave you to settle.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
A word about pressure and areas to leave alone, then the session. Stretches are shown first, and you can say no to any of them.
- 05
Step 5: Afterward
A glass of water, a minute to sit up slowly, and your next visit booked if you want it.
Good to know
Clothing, pressure and who should ask first
What to wear
On the mat, loose clothes. On the table, undress to your comfort; you are covered by a sheet.
Pressure
We ask before we start and check again partway. Lighter or firmer is your call.
Right to stop
You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, for any reason.
Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, or have had recent surgery or an injury, ask your doctor or midwife before you book.
Choose a time for your first visit.
Evenings until 8, Monday to Friday.
